CLIENT AGREEMENT & SERVICE POLICY By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms: DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will go toward your total service cost. NO REFUNDS All services are final. Due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. ADJUSTMENT POLICY If you are unsatisfied with your service, you must notify me within 24–48 hours of your appointment to be eligible for a complimentary adjustment. After this timeframe, all services will be considered accepted, and any corrections will require booking a new appointment at full cost. LATE & NO-SHOW POLICY Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit and may require full payment for future bookings. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Proper aftercare must be followed to maintain results. I am not responsible for issues resulting from improper aftercare or failure to follow instructions. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if I feel uncomfortable or if policies are not respected. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
